Main duties:
We are looking to hire two administrative assistants to join our team in Montreal, Quebec. The duties include:
- Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures; review, evaluate, and implement new procedures as needed.
- Prepare and edit invoices, presentations, reports and all material related to the operations of the company.
- Implement relevant internal policies and procedures.
- Set up and maintain filling system.
- Prepare periodic special reports on budget performance.
- Ensure that operations comply with policies and regulations.
- Facilitate the smooth flow of information within the company to support business operations.
- Organize conferences and schedule meetings as requested.
Required skills:
- Minimum DEP completed or at least 2 years of as an administrative assistant
Language requirements:
- French or English knowledge is a must
Terms of Employment, Wage and working hours:
Hourly wage between $20.00-25.00 based on experience
Full time hours 37.5 per week,
Benefits package:
2 weeks of vacation per year as per the Quebec Law.
Private health insurance until RAMQ eligibility.
